Waiver and Indemnity I do hereby: Acknowledge that in agreeing to participate in any competition or event organized by FOURWAYS EQUESTRIAN CLUB I may be taking part in an extreme sporting event. I agree to assume all risks connected with or arising out of such an event. I waive any rights of any nature whatsoever which I, my assignees, successors in title, or heirs, may have against anyone or more of all the FOURWAYS EQUESTRIAN CLUB, its members, servants, agents and/or representatives (“the designated persons”) in respect of any injury or death or loss or damage which I may sustain in connection with or arising out of participating in such event, notwithstanding that it may have been occasioned by any negligent act or omission on the part of any one or more of the designated persons. I indemnify the designated persons against all loss or damage whatsoever nature which one of more or all of them may, or be likely to sustain as arising out of on in connection with my participation of the event, notwithstanding that such injury, loss or damage of my death may have arisen as a result on any act or omission whether negligent or otherwise, of any of the designated persons. *
